Account questions

 

1 How do I change my username, password, or email address?
Please log in first. Then you’re there at the “My dashboard” part. It is easy to make any changes to your information.

 

2 What if I forget my password?
If you’re on the Lagute home page, then:
  a.    Click “Login” on the upper side of the screen.
  b.    Click on "Forgot Your Password?" and you’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
  c.    Click “Submit” and we’ll email you a link that will allow you to change your password.

 

3 How can I edit my shipping address?
   Shipping addresses can always be edited on “My Account” page. When you make an order, you can choose your registered address as shipping address or use a different address.

 

4 I just got a new credit card. How do I update my billing information?
   a.    On the “My account” page, you can edit or delete your stored billing information.
   b.    You can also edit your payment information at checkout.

 

5 How safe is my personal information?
   It is our top priority to keep our members’ privacy in safe. Please be assured that your personal information will never be sold or shared.

4 Is there any discount for bulk/volume purchases?

5 How Can I cancel my order before it has been shipped out?
Please kindly know that the order is processing If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped out, be sure to send notes to our CS email ”support@lagute.com”.

 

6 How can I check the status of my order?
Please Visit Track Your Order page and log into your Lagute account to see exactly what status your order is. We’ll also send you an email with tracking info when your order is shipped. The status of an order means as below
Processing: Your order is being processed by our warehouse. It is ready to be shipped.
Completed: Your order has been shipped. Tracking number is updated.

 

7 Can my order be modified after it has been placed?
Please contact Customer Service with your detailed information in 24 hours. We would try to hold the order for you, but please kindly know that some certain order would be processed in priority and might not be changed after it is shipped.

1 Which shipper does Lagute take?
Since Lagute connects you directly with our manufactories and our products ship directly from our warehouses, it can save you up to 70% off (inc. shipping fee) to high street price. Order will be shipped via EMS ePacket, China(Hong Kong) Post –Airmail, UPS, DHL, FedEx or EMS.

 

2 Where does Lagute ship to?
Lagute has multi-shipment Logistic Department to ship globally, including PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please kindly allow additional time for orders made in remote regions.

 

3 What are Lagute’s shipment costs?
 a.   Free shipping to USA via Standard Shipping-EMS ePacket.
 b.   To other countries, shipping fee depends on the shipping method you choose, weight of the item and its destination.

 

4 What can I do if there is no confirmation email after my paypal payment is completed?
Please take it easy.
 a.    Make sure that you have a lagute account registered under your right PayPal account's primary e-mail address.
 b.    Make sure your mailbox is available for stranger’s emails, including no spam settings.
If you still cannot receive any information, and your order does not appear in your lagute account, please contact us and send us your order details, including Order Number, Transaction ID and PayPal Registered email address.

 

5 How long will it take to ship my order?
Most items on Lagute are sent directly from Lagute’s warehouse.
 a.    For standard shipping, it generally reaches you in 15-20 working days,
 b.    For express shipping, it generally reaches you in 3-5 days, but certain custom and special products can take a bit longer.

6 Why isn’t my tracking number working?
We send you a shipping notification email right when your order is shipped, but it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing the progress of your order. Please check back later to see your order moving, or get in touch with us if you need anything else.  

Returns questions

 

1 How can I return an unsatisfied item?
If you’d like to return your items for a refund, Please contact us for return address and return form before you send it back. Please be advised that customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

2 What should I do when I receive a wrong item?   
Please contact our Customer Service with photos or videos of the item when you found out it is not the one you ordered.
About the item you received,
 a.    If a return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost will be issued to you on receiving the returned product.
 b.    If you take it, we will offer a 10% discount for buying it.

 

3 How can I return a defective item?
If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 90 days from the initial shipping date, you can contact with our customer service. After communication, we will send you a return form including the return address so that you can return it to us.

 

4 When will a replacement be sent?
If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

5 How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
We aim to process all returns within 24 hours after the return item has been received and inspected. After the refund being processed, we will send you an email.
